Summary:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Partner. You will manage schedules, communications, and logistics so the leadership can focus on strategy and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, appointments, travel and meeting logistics.

Screen calls and emails; draft and respond to correspondence.

Prepare agendas, presentations and meeting minutes.

Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.

Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices and expense reports when required.

Experience: 2–3 years.
Required Qualifications: Degree, Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies or related field.
Added advantage: Degree in Computer Science, Marketing or Public Relations (advantage).
Skills & Attributes: Strong organisation/time management; excellent written & verbal English; MS Office & Google Workspace proficient; attention to detail; trustworthy and discreet.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Managing Director.
Location / Type: Windhoek / Remote (hybrid possible).
