Level: Associate (3–5 years exp.)
Reports to: Founder / Creative Director

Responsibilities:

Develop digital and print visuals that align with client brand identities.

Design social media content, campaign materials, and brand presentations.

Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to maintain consistency across all visuals.

Support brand identity development — from moodboards to full logo systems.

Stay ahead of design trends and emerging creative tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

3–5 years experience in an agency or brand design environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.

Portfolio demonstrating creative range and originality.

Bonus: Experience in motion graphics or short-form video graphics.
