Lead day-to-day agency operations, coordinate teams, and drive performance across marketing, web, creative and client services. This senior role oversees people and processes, reporting directly to theย  Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations across all departments and ensure project delivery standards.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.

Develop operational processes, KPIs and reporting frameworks.

Drive revenue growth initiatives and monitor sales performance.

Mentor team leads and resolve escalated client issues.

Provide weekly/monthly reports and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.

Experience: Minimum 10 years professional experience; at least 5 years in a sales and leadership role or revenue-driving role preferred.

Required Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Business Management, Operations, Sales, or related.
Preferred Qualifications: Formal sales qualification or advanced management certification (advantage).
Skills & Attributes: Proven leadership and people management; strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen; excellent communication; experienced in process design and reporting; hands-on and able to work with junior staff.
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Managing Director.
Location / Type: Windhoek (preferably on-site / hybrid).
